FDMC-Pasay held its annual planning activity last Jan.19-20, 2008 at Sacred Heart Novitiate,Novaliches, Quezon City. 

     The different ministry heads of the chapter (Bro. Bimbo, Sis. Camille, Sis. Aya, Sis. Fely, Sis. Gloria and Sis. Fely)  took part in the meeting. Sis. Jenny Santos and Sis. Grace Dawa, head servant and asst. head servant, respectively facilitated the planning. 

     The planning formally started with an opening prayer led by Sis. Jenny.

     During the first half of the activity, the group had a S.W.O.T. analysis and a review and evaluation of 2007 activities. In between was an ice breaker, wherein Sis. Grace asked the group to relate the different parts of the automobile and their functions to the community.

     The next day started with the group attending the Holy Mass. The second half of the activity resumed with the updates of the different ministry. This was then followed by the identification of different activities along with the regular programs of the chapter and the plotting of schedules for the year.  

     The last part of the program was another group activity entitled "Star Light, Star Bright" where the participants were asked to write down their wishes for the group and for the chapter.  

     Sis. Aya closed the planning activity with a closing prayer.
