     Almost a hundred expectant hearts gathered to celebrate the third anniversary of FDMC-Las Pinas last April 25, 2008 at the Holy Espousal Hall of the Parish of the Five Wounds of our Lord Jesus Christ in Las Pinas City.

      The celebration set off with a Holy Mass at the parish. Registration, the chaplet and welcome remarks followed at the venue proper. Bro Lito Dawa delivered the first inspirational message.

Back-to-back dance presentations by the ‘young ones’ and the ‘young once’ roused the festive mood. Sis. Kristine, who represented the new members, crooned an impromptu song number. Then, a sumptuous dinner was served.

     Siblings Sis. Angel and Bro. Bryan Padilla serenaded “the sweethearts of the night” Bro. Boy and Sis. Eve Solis. For their part, the couple enthralled the audience to no end when they gamely strutted a “very sweet” stuff.

     Afterward, a powerpoint presentation recounted the chapter’s own story for the past three years, highlighting the need to shepherd the lost sheep. A presentation of reunited members came next.

     Inspirational messages from Sis. Miles Maquiling, Sis. Honey Oasan, Sis. Rose Minas, Sis. Liza Guinto and Sis. Grace Dawa preceded a special dance number led by Sis. Grace. The dancers came from Las Pinas, Pasay, Pasig and Main.

     A thanksgiving message by Bro. Julius Siervo, FDMC-Las Pinas head servant, and a closing prayer by Sis. Gigi Siervo culminated the gaiety.
