FDM-Makati gets 30 new members

FDM-Makati produced 30 candidates for its Catholic Life in the Spirit (CLSE) seminar Batch 4 held last August 1-2 at MCMC Center for Spiritual Renewal, Dinalupihan, Bataan.

The speakers were Sis. Dina Balicanot who tackled Intro/Praise & Worship and God's Love; Bro. Lito Dawa talked about Salvation and Growth & Transformation; Bro. Rene Tumang discussed Receiving God's Gift and Baptism of the Holy Spirit; and Sis. Suzette Abano shared her heart-breaking experience in New Life. Bro. Cris Javier discussed the Divine Mercy Devotion and the Community Profile.

Bro. Cris and Sis. Gemma Palmera served as moderators.

     Everyone came in high spirits notwithstanding the late arrival of the group on Friday night, July 31, at around 11:30 p.m.

     After a short orientation of Sis. Jenny Santos with the candidates on what was to be expected of the 2-day seminar, the workers went on to do their tasks, reaching till the wee hours of the morning.

     Sis. Leny David and Sis. Ida Pascual, as kitchen ministers, prepared the food for the entire seminar.

     The participants were mostly young professionals who will carry on the mission to share the Divine Mercy of Jesus and build caring communities.
