New Year's Hope, Wishes and Dreams

Try doing this to have a blessed year:

     * Think and listen to your conscience

Nowadays, the world trains us to compete to be successful and teaches us to secure ourselves for the future.

Our conscience is our best soul mate and echo of life. (Get in touch with yourself.)

(Think about this) Even when we are uncertain about our abilities, God has confidence in us. When God calls, God equips. He gives good gifts to His children.
"My God will use His wonderful riches in Christ Jesus to give you everything you need." (Phil. 4:19)

    *Grow stronger through adversities

(Think about this) When faced with setbacks and obstacles, God gives us the grace to accomplish spectacular things.

"Look at the birds in the air, they don't plant or harvest or store food in the barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them, and you know that you are worth much more than the birds." (Mt. 6:26)

*Discover what God's best is for you

(Danger always comes)  In the hustle and bustle of life, Satan will not stop offering us his unpalatable lies, offering us one temptation to another, fleshly savoring, scrutinizing delicious, poisonous food.

"Let us then feel very sure that we can come before God's throne where there is grace. There, we can receive mercy and grace to help us when we need it." (Heb. 4:16)

*Rejoice and share what you have
(Words to ponder, only Christians can understand)

Loving your neighbor is loving God. One of the greatest sources of personal joy is when we reach out to others in love, compassion and service. Our happiness must always come from other people.

"If there are poor among you, in one of the towns of the land of the Lord your God is giving you, do not be selfish or greedy toward them, but give freely to them, and freely lend to them whatever they need." (Dt. 15:7-8)
